Can't Receive Money on paypal

Hello, My friend sent me money on paypal today but unfortunately I didn't get anything no money showed up on my account. Here are some evidence that he sent the money. I can't even request him money

Receiving money is easy through PayPal, you just have to share the confirmed email address and you will be notified once the funds get credited to PayPal account. If there are any issues with your account, you would have been notified through the Resolution Center. As per the information that you have shared, it seems like the sender is having trouble with their account. In this case, they may have to contact our PayPal Customer Support team so that our advisors can look into their account and help them accordingly.
