Can't complete payment

I received a We couldn't complete your payment for you. To get your payments working again, check your account or contact us. I only have this issue with Animate Online Shop. What's happening? It worked fine last month.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to make payment. Our security system checks every transaction to make sure they are risk free. If we find that the transaction is not completely secure our security system will stop it from processing. Upon reviewing the screenshot, you will have to contact our support to assist you further.
