Can't confirm my bank account

I can't confirm my bank account with PayPal. The interface on the phone is different from that of a laptop. I do remember that I had confirmed my bank account by entering the two small amounts Paypal sent me, now it tells me to do that again and I'm unable to find either the transaction from Paypal or the amount they deposited, and the money is stuck. Is there any way, I can get that amount again and confirm my bank?

Hey, 

I wonder what the business hours are since I can never connect to customer support, a bot always comes up. Another thing, the mobile interface clearly shows the transaction to my bank as 'COMPLETED' while the laptop says that I need to confirm my bank account. 

Mind telling me what this glitch is because as far as I remember, I did confirm it but anyway, I'm okay with doing it again. Also, when I click on Contact Customer Support, there are only two options, 'MESSAGE US' and 'RESOLUTION CENTER', where is the call customer support option?
