I can't withdraw money

For several days I can't withdraw money to my debit card (Revolu) because I need to withdraw cash. One withdraw was denied and for the others I receive message "There is problem. Right now we're not able to complete this transaction." Of course I chatted few times with agent and always received same answer to wait several hours to system restart. And nothing happened, always same error. I also tried to add USA bank account and same error occurred. Please help me!

Is revolut a virtual / online card?

If so then Paypal does not accept all cards so if the Visa you are trying to use is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.

Revolut is bank known in whole world. You can have both virtual (for save payments online) and physical card for stores and ATM. Wise from USA is the same. I don't have any other cards or accounts. #withdraw #problem

I mean, if you are correct and you can use revolut (an online company) on paypal then you would have no problem withdrawing the funds to their card would you. I have already informed you that online financial companies are not paypal supported.

Both my bank accounts were verified when I connected them to my PayPal account. So why did PayPal accept them if I can't use them? I don't have any other cards. So my money will stay forever on paypal?

The same problem happened to me today. I was already able to withdraw money via a WISE card before, but today it didn’t work. Are you using PayPal from Morocco?

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
