Can't get refund to the card of Armenian bank

On March 22, a payment was made from the card (Transaction ID 5SG85492V0240401L). On March 24, a refund was initiated (Transaction ID 3RB95105XW605694V), and in the personal account it was marked as completed from March 28. However, here's the problem: the money did not come to the card. I contacted the bank (the card is issued by the Armenian bank Unibank), and they replied that they do not cooperate with PayPal, and therefore it is impossible to receive a transfer through PayPal to their card. I need your help. How can I get this refund?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the refund. We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method. You should be able to find timeframe of the refund by checking this article. If you don't see the funds in your account post 30 days please try contacting our support
