I was using my PayPal account without any problems for the last 4 years. But now I was trying to receive payments and the sender got problems. when they contacted the support, they told them the receiver "me" needs to contact the support.
but the AI chat always tells me "no agent available". and there is no way to create a ticket. and I can't find an email to contact them on.
