Can't transfer funds to wise visa card

I link new card visa (Wise Visa Card) with PayPal and i can't transfer my money to it ,can you help me with that please

Paypal don't normally accept virtual/digital bank account or cards.

No, you are wrong i was already transferring money with virtual card

Nope not wrong as its been confirmed on here by paypal.

You can sometimes add banks or cards BUT paypal would not be responsible for any missing funds if you use a virtual / digital bank account or card.
