Can’t use the resolution centre

I have a problem where PayPal have been sending out 2 payments to Apple Services,  firstly, it should have been just the one payment.

so, I contacted Apple and they said they cannot see a second payment and to contact PayPal.

There is the problem, I am directed to the Resolution Centre, but the drop-down boxes are not applicable and so I cannot get any further!

I have tried phoning waited and waited no answer, also the automated voice directs me to the resolution centre!

Have messaged but same reply resolution center, now somewhat frustrated.

Are there 2 payments in your paypal account showing? If so what does it say on those transactions?

Are there 2 payments showing as leaving from your funding sources?
