Can't withdraw funds for an unknown reason

I used to be able to withdraw before but now it doesn't seem to be working. Please help

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I'm from France. Can't seem to be able to update my country. I never used to have issues like this.

Have you moved countries then if you are saying you can't update your country on your paypal account?

I went to Ukraine. But I've already been able to withdraw funds there before without an issue.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

seems to be a wide spread matter, maybe the technical team will come to our aid. i have a time sensitive transaction that i need to go through. lets wait a little and see.
