reposting this because never got a solution, my account got limited for no reason they sent email after 180 days saying i can now withdraw all funds but when i go to use card that’s connected it’s greyed out and if i try add a bank (iban) or any card it just says “There's a problem with your account. Please contact us so we can help you out.” and none of the contact methods work just say errors been like this for ages and money is just left there . please could anyone help really need it .
As you have been previously told ONLY customer services can help you. If you can't get through to them then there is nothing else anyone on here can do.
If you have a permanent ban then the contact options seem to be reduced as you are no longer a customer of paypals.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
