Cant get money from TEMU

I'm from Ukraine, PAYPAL work in our country on income payments. What a problem?

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to receive money from TEMU in your PayPal account. Receive money feature is currently not available in your country/region and therefore, you are getting the error message while trying to receive money. Due to the complexities of global finance, members in some regions can only use PayPal to send payments and not receive them.

But i read that more than 3 year paypal in Ukraine work like in Europe! I need get income payments, becouse i can't lost money. Now its a bad time for my country, War.....
