Chaching sound

How can I get the cha Ching sound every time I get pay with PayPal like I get with eBay?, all my sound notifications are turned on on my PayPal settings, as well as on my iPhone settings. but I never get a sound only an email and a pop-up., I need the sound, or at least a text… help

Did you install the PayPal apps and enable the push notifications?

Yes, all my notifications are turned on on iOS for banners sounds but yet I don’t get a sound when I receive a payment .

Thanks for the help @sharpiemarker! I would recommend you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue. If not, please reach PayPal Support team to get this checked further.
