I apologize for any frustration caused, as you're unable to locate the option to confirm receipt. The option to confirm receipt of an item or service will not appear until 48 hours after you make the payment. You can learn more on our Help Center here: How do I confirm I received an item? If the option is not showing and it has been more than 48 hours, that means it is not an available option for that specific transaction.

I am sorry to know that you're not finding an option to confirm receipt and I understand this can be frustrating as I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. In order to get this option the seller need to upload the tracking details and mark it completed. Once the seller mark the transaction as completed you will be able to see the confirm receipt tab after 48 hours and if the seller has sent the digital goods or service they need to mark it as service rendered. Please be informed that not all the transactions/purchases will be eligible to get the option to confirm the receipt. If you need any further assistance, you can contact our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website. Why not all payments qualify
Why is there no explanation for this?
It's been 48 hours already and I can't find the payment confirmation button
My business collapsed because of you

I do understand that you have issue with your with your payment confirmation button on your PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
