I have a Master Debit Card with PayPal (from USA), and I have some euros in my paypal account balance. I wanted to transfer my euros to the debit card so I can use them while I make purchases in Europe but I can't seem to find a way. My debit card balance requests that I top it up, but then only allows to top up with USD and not my Euros that are already in my paypal account. How can I transfer the euros? I want to use them for day to day in-store purchases while in Europe

I also had this issue as someone who lives in a country that doesnt use euro, but i wanted to transfer them to my Master Debit card for the sake of avoiding PayPals insane conversion rate. It's cheaper to exchange money on the airport... So I lose about 10% of my money solely from converting and their additional fees, only to have them convert back to Euros in case i want to travel. Hopefully someone comes up with a solution to this nonsense soon.
