Didnt reflect gcash funds

is there anyone have a problem now with cash in via paypal to gcash? because i cash in my money but didnt reflect in my gcash acc but got deducted on my paypal pls i need help

My wife had exactly the same problem yesterday. She received a message that PayPal system had an error and if the money wasn't transferred to GCash within 24 hours, they would credit the money back into PayPal, now PayPal said that it might take 1-2 business days to credit the money back into her PayPal Account.

has yours been resolved? I also transferred funds from PayPal to gcash last March 11, 2024. Up to now, the fund has not reflected in my gcash.

Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here! If the status shows as completed in your account, it means the money is processed to GCash successfully. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the funds to appear in your Gcash account. I request you to wait until the required time frame to get the funds appear in your Gcash wallet. If the funds are not available after the time frame, please get in touch with the GCash support team to look into this further.
