I've recently received money into my paypal account. I quickly added my bank account. I'm wondering if I also have to set up a direct debit to withdraw the money. I do not want to pay with paypal. The sum of money was small.
I'm only asking as the transaction hasn't come through and it is advertised as 'instant'

You don't need a direct debit to withdraw to a bank account, you would only need it to use your bank account (not card) as a funding source.
