I tried to talk with PayPal and Google assistance, they both claim that there is no issue.
I have 18 Google automatic payments on my PayPal active list.
I can pay in every other site without problems, i tried everything from the guides but nothing work.

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues making a payment with the Google Play store. I might first recommend making sure you have a confirmed debit or credit card on your PayPal account. If you're still running into issues after that, you may want to go through your automatic payments on PayPal and cancel any old / outdated / unneeded billing agreements with the Google Play store.

Thanks for the help, I fixed It but I had to try 4-5 times all the solutions to make It works again.
