Express VPN subscription renewal - payment via Paypal not going through

Hello,

I am trying to renew my Express VPN subscription but the payment isn't going through.

Express VPN support told me there is an attempt to renew the subscription but Paypal is blocking the payment and i should contact Paypal support.

All other previous renewals where through Paypal and there were no issues.

There are now blocked or pending transactions in my transaction history. Payments for other services work fine, like for example Steam games.

anybody have an idea what could be the issue?
