Customer trying to make payment in USD from Dubai;
He is getting a message GOOGLE TEMPORARY HOLD INR 1 and then reversal of same.
Checked with PayPal teams (tech and customer service) they say all is okay.
Customer checked with his bank they confirmed they are not stopping any payment.
Message on website reads 'Payment Successful' but nothing reflecting on PayPal account.
What to do?
