I commissioned an artist through VGen and the final page where I fill everything out with PayPal, when I enter it all, it was a forever loading screen. But when I checked my bank transaction, it says $35 was pulled. I never got the confirmation email and the artist didn't get anything. So I did it again, and it went through. But now my bank transaction shows I paid them twice for $35 each. PayPal only shows one transaction for both the artist and myself. Has this happened to anyone else who used VGen?
