How can I add a service fee to my customers to cover my PayPal fees?

I want to add a 3% service fee to my customers when the make a payment to cover my PayPal fees. Anyone know how this can be done?

Don't think you need to worry about it as your paypal account would soon be facing a permanent ban.

No surcharges

You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions.


Advice is voluntary.

So that's why they removed my ability to charge them. I only get payments a few times a year from corporate businesses but it's a big hit for me. Didn't know, thanks.
