How can I transfer money abroad from Kuwait?
As per Paypal article *If you're buying something, select Pay for goods and services. If you're sending money to a friend or family member, pick Send to friends and family in the US or Send to friends and family internationally
In my account, there is no "Send to friends and family" option, and the default setting is "Pay for products and services." Consequently, my brother who lives abroad is getting the payment, but it is on hold; he can see the funds in his account, but cannot take them.
I attempted to send with the comment " Sending to a friend abroad," after which my brother received a lower amount, for example $10, but if I try to send $100, the transaction is immediately put on hold.
Please instruct a member of the group to deal with this matter and send money immediately.
