I have a 'Regular Debit' taking money from my bank account, sent in by Paypal. It does not show under Activity on my Paypal account, nor is there a recipient under the Subscriptions section for the amount, yet it shows on my bank account as a Paypal payment. How do I find who it is going to? I can't even see where it is going, so I can't cancel it. Otherwise I'll have to close my Paypal account.

Check on your online banking standing orders or direct debits to see if its a payment being processed by the merchant via paypal but funded via your bank account or debit card directly?
