How do I release my holds? I am not a seller, the money are from my friends.

Hi, I have some funds on hold in my account, but I would like them now. I am not a seller and the funds are from my friends. How do I release the holds?

I don't think you have the friends/family option in your country so all funds would be sent as goods/services payments and the new seller hold applied, information in the links.

Ok, I updated tracking info and now it says it will give me the money within one day. Is it one day of the hold ending or one day after I updated the tracking info? It has been a day and nothing has happened.

1. Add Tracking. Use one of our approved shipping carriers and we’ll release the hold approximately 24 hours after the courier confirms delivery to the buyer’s address.
