How do i transfer my money from my sandbox Paypal account to my card? Or how can i withdraw it??

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

The PayPal Sandbox account is an environment for testing only. The money in sandbox accounts is not real, and cannot be withdrawn to a real bank or card. If someone has sent you money to a sandbox account, they have used a false credential meant only for testing purposes.

I'm kind of new to PayPal. How can I make it so that anytime someone sends me money or buys something from my website, it actually goes to my real PayPal account and not the SandBox one? Im not sure if i am describing the issue correctly but any help would be useful

I understand that you would like to receive funds from your business income. Receiving Money with PayPal is easy! All you need is a PayPal accounts with a confirmed email address. Your email address is the only thing somebody needs to send money. As soon as the payment has been credited to your PayPal account, we'll notify you by email. You may then withdraw the funds to your linked financials such as bank or card straight away or keep the money in your PayPal accounts. All your transactions are stored in your account activity history, so you can keep track of them. Make sure to share your Business account details such as email address and not Sandbox details.
