How long does it take for a refund to go into a Natwest account

I had a refund issued to me on the 8th December.  Paypal shows it's complete but it still hasn't gone into my bank account.  Paypal says it can take up to 30 days depending on your bank account.  Mine is Natwest, how long is it likely to take to go in?

I am sorry to know that refund has still not been credited and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. Yes, that right. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or assume what aspect of activity has caused the delay in refund. Since you mentioned that the status of the refund shows as completed, please reach out to your financials institution for the disbursement.
