How to add a biller?

Hello there,

My HOA Association & my local utility company (Socal Gas) did not show up on the list of billers.  How do I add them?

Same here. I even have the financial secretary of my HOA with me.

Please if there is any documentation to add my HOA to billpay, that would be awesome.

The Pay Your Bills service can be used with billers who are in the catalog of billers. If they are not listed, it is not possible to make payment using this bill payment service. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Let me clarify, I am not asking this question as a bill paying user but as the president of my HOA.

I want paypal to have my HOA there (and I don't mind to pay some fee). Please let me know how my HOA as a biller be available in the future. I still don't know how.

There are hundreds of HOA there. My HOA want to be one of them. Please help.
