How to convert USD to INR?

Hi community!

I got a tip via Ko-fi. That person donated me using Paypal as their payment getaway. The amount was in USD. How to convert USD to INR? I tried setting up an account on Stripe, but India isnt available on the list. I found out that its currently invite basis only.

Even currency conversion doesn't have INR as the option. Paypal doesnt support domestic payments in india but supports international payments. so why cant i convert USD to INR? i've got the message on the dashboard saying: manual transfer of funds arent available right now.

Is there any other way to convert USD to INR?

I understand that you want to know about the currency conversion. Here are the steps to set your currency for your PayPal account. 

1. Go to Payment Methods.
2. Click Add a currency.
3. Select the currency you want and click Add a currency.

However, If you receive a payment in a different currency, it’s automatically accepted in the currency received, and a new currency balance is opened in your PayPal account. Also, I recommend  you to refer the help centre article How do I manage my currencies in PayPal? for more information. How can they use ''add a currency'' when the INR currency is not Paypal supported?

You have the auto withdrawal option in your country as per link so the funds should transfer to local currency when that happens.
