How to deposit incoming payments directly into PayPal savings account?

I'm trying to figure out whether or not I can have incoming funds deposited directly into my PayPal savings account (Synchrony Bank). I can't seem to find a way to do this. Does anyone know? I've asked the bot but haven't received any response.
