How to receive money in my bank account or STCPAY wallet from PayPal in Saudi Arabia?

I cannot transfer/Send money to my Saudi Arabia bank account/Debit card. My PayPal account is verified. I have added a debit card as well, but when I made the transfer, it Denied. How to receive money in my bank account or STCpay/URpay wallet from Paypal in Saudi Arabia?

You can only add a US bank account (for U.S citizens working in other countries) or cards to withdraw funds in  Saudi and can use linked cards as funding sources in your country. Unfortunately, you won't be able to link local bank in your region currently.

To see the transfer method that is available in your country, log in to your PayPal account and click Transfer money in your wallet page. Eligible cards will be shown to you on the withdrawal page.
