How to transfer money from bank to PayPal balance

I've done it several times in the past but for some strange reason, I suddenly am unable to transfer money from my bank to my PayPal balance. Can someone please help? (Using PayPal .com) Thanks

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance recently?

Which funding source are you using?

Turns out it was only the wording they use not being exactly clear...I did finally get it but thanks just the same.
