I accidentally transferred my Paypal money to a wrong debit card (not mine). The transfer was marked as COMPLETED. I filed for dispute but the case got closed. Will I be able to get my money back?

If its completed then maybe not, how did you add a card to your account where the billing address didn't match your paypal account address?
