I have a pending transaction which is 3 months old. I am unable to cancel it. I am being routed to PayPal Assistant, but it just spins and never responds when I select the transaction. I have tried Resolution Center and have followed all the prompts but never able to move on.

I'm getting the similar issues with pending transaction.
I have 3 pending requests for the month of February that I can't cancel.
I get a message that there is a problem, page won't load, a window pops up and says to try again by reloading. it then takes me back to the home page.
its also the same for the resolution page, I select one of the pending transactions, it then tells me that there is a problem, page won't load, a window pops up and says to try again to reload and takes me to another page.
