I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero

I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero. This is the notification I received from them: Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." Had someone encountered the same problem as I? What did you do to resolve it?

Yesterday, Course Hero stated that they were unable to send payments because my PayPal account had an issue. Now, as I attempt to withdraw my earnings again, Course Hero is not sending the verification code. Are you also experiencing issues receiving payment from Course Hero?

I completed identity confirmation, but that didn't fix the issue/problem. Course Hero still notify me "Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments."

This is also the first time I'm experiencing this since my last withdrawal of earnings from Course Hero was successful (December 31, 2023). But now, I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero. Please let me know the solution to fix the issue/problem.
