Hello everyone; I have a problem with aliexpress: 
I haven't been able to pay for orders on aliexpress for two days; 
I tried several times with different purchases, but every time the paypal window opens, 
the transaction does not go ahead and a small circle appears with the word "default"

This is right.
I had AliExpress and Paypal support both helping (not) in two tabs.
You get a small red x in a circle with "default" next to it.
Both parties said no order or payment.

The solution is
1) I had entered my address in "settings" on Aliexpress under my account.
2) You also have to have your address in "Shipping Address" under the account.  It is the menu item beneath "settings".

I had assumed it would put it autmoatically but it doesn't.  Once I did it, the order processed instantly.

There should be some kind of prompt for first-time orderers like me.  I was worried I had been charged 3 times because I used 3 paypal verification texts trying.  A good way to lose customers imho.

I'm glad I persisted, and your answer helped more than either of their support people did.  Thanks.

Thank you.  That is the only thing that worked.  

• You need to have your shipping address already entered 
• Aliexpress wants your address, is not happy with using. Your PayPal address

I tried AliExpress support.  It looks like Paypal is blocking them for security reasons.  The only solution I can find is to close your Paypal account and use a different payment method.

I had same problem,

Somehow I accidentally decided to check my AliExpress account,
I saw that some of my profile data, such as the shipping address, etc., had been reset.
After filling out and confirming my data, the payment went through as it should.

For a world without wars!
