I'm confused by bank transfer options on the website.

I'm confused by bank transfer options on the website -- "free" over several days or 1.75% fee in minutes. A few months ago this was more clear. I always use the "free" option to transfer my PayPal balance to my bank in several days. I see there is also an option to pay 1.75% to get the money in minutes. The problem is I select the free option but the button to do that says transfer the money "now" which makes me think I'm paying a fee. I'm not paying a fee, but I wish this were more clear.
