Hi,
I have a personal PayPal account and am in the U.S. I was paid in British pounds and my account shows I have the money, but when I go to transfer it to my bank it says there are no funds available.
I found several old threads that mention you have to accept pounds as a currency, but I can't find where to do that. There is nothing in the Wallet tab that lets me set currencies that I see.
any help would be appreciated!
thanks
will

Are the funds SHOWING in your paypal balance?
If so then to withdraw them you would need to convert them.
If the funds are not showing in your paypal balance then....
click on your wallet again and then ''add currency'' and add GBP as a receiving currency.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks very much for your response. I do see the funds in my PayPal balance.
But when I'm in my wallet I'm not seeing any option to set a currency. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
Screenshot attached. I'm not sure where to look to set a currency
