I withdraw money from fiverr 2 weeks ago but haven't gotten any

i withdraw 32 euro from fiverr to my paypal account, i haven't received the money even after 2 weeks and when i told fiverr support about that they told me that they sent me the money and it's a problem from paypal. what do i do now?

I am sorry to know that you're having issues to receive money from Fiver to PayPal account and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. Receiving money on PayPal is very easy, once the funds have been credited to your PayPal account, you'll be notified about the payment details and the activity page will have the list to transaction to keep a track. Have you checked if you have received the notification from us?? If yes and still cannot see funds in your balance then, you would have to contact PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can review and help you accordingly. If you have not received the notification, which means the funds are yet to get credited on PayPal account. In this case, you may have to contact fiver  again and check the status of the transfer, if it's been completed, pending or declined. Before you proceed to contact Fiver, kindly check your Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications of your account status.
