Issue with Unreceived Funds for Transactions

I am writing to report an issue with two recent transactions on our PayPal account. Although the payments were processed, the funds have not been credited to our account, and the transactions appear greyed out.  We have contacted our eCommerce platform provider, Webflow, and they have informed us that their integration does not support Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Therefore, we have disabled IPN notifications in our PayPal account as suggested.
