Money excepting

A friend of mine sent me money through zelle, I don't have zelle on any of my accounts or a real bank, I have cash app and chime. Is there any way to accept the money through PayPal! He used my phone number for zelle and I am completely clueless on the whole excepting payments. I lost a few zelle payments because I was to stubborn to ask anyone, and now 3 days later I still don't have the money Help please.
