Hi, i am from Bosnia, and i tried to withdraw money that i earned on tiktok, but tiktok declined that transaction, my friend told me that i have to allow payments on paypal but i dont know how to do it, can someone help me. Thanks

So have you got a visa credit card linked to your paypal account to receive the payments OR a U.S bank opened (opened in the U.S only and not a virtual/digital online bank)?
