New seller hold applies whether you are selling goods OR services.

Thank you very much for your quick response. I am afraid of my next payment. If it holds again. How can I solve this payment hold problem permanently so that I can receive my future payments fast? Paypal says to complete at least 10 transactions. total 200 USD. and no disputes for 60 days to get future payments fast. is it only a way to get fast payment? Thank you

Hello @MatiurRahaman and @kernowlass,
Thanks for posting those Help Center articles, @kernowlass, and welcome to the Community, @MatiurRahaman!
I'm sorry to hear your recent payment was placed on hold, @MatiurRahaman. Most new sellers are required to complete certain requirements before their payments will no longer be placed on hold. The steps you listed would be the requirements you'd have to meet. The second Help Center article that @kernowlass provided covers information about the requirements you'll need to fulfill.
Even after meeting all requirements, payments can still be placed on hold if there's a higher risk found with a transaction, though. Since you're selling virtual products, after you've sent the product, you'll want to follow the steps to confirm delivery but indicate the order was processed/that it was for a digital item/service.
I hope this helps!

Thank you very much for answering my problem.
As you mentioned before I receive any payment I need to fulfil some requirements. I think I have nothing left. I verified my phone number, bank account, and documents. but after all, still, my payment is still on hold. Yesterday Again I received some more payment transactions to fulfil PayPal's requirements. Paypal tells me to complete 10 transactions, a total of 200 USD sailing, and no disputes for 60 days. Yesterday I completed the first two. I know after 21 days Paypal will automatically transfer my funds to my bank.
In the end, my request to the Paypal community if PayPal would keep two systems in Paypal to receive funds we all PayPal users would be thankful. For original product sellers and virtual product or service sellers, so we service providers would not have to face any hold payment problems. Please solve this problem
Thank you
