My money is on hold, the hold period has already expired.

I have had my money for over a month now. There was a dispute and I got the money. I contacted Paypal and was directed to Payhip. Unfortunately, Payhip doesn't even respond to my request for help until 280. Hats off to Paypal for their help. What to do in this case?
