New business account in India, but my moneys being held. What now?

So I made a paypal business account to start receiving money for my art commissions. First payment i received there was no problem. my second and third both were received but were but on hold and will be released mid June. All I wanna know is why this is and if there's anyway I can access my funds like normal soon as I recieve them, cuz I'm broke and need mah money 🤑
