New withdrawal Fees

Hi.  So I've been happily receiving money to my PayPal account and then withdrawing it to my Debit card free of charge.  Went in this morning and now it's pointing to Xoom and wanting to charge me.  Have PayPal changed the process and dropped free withdrawal ?

Kindly refer the article to know the types of fee PayPal charge you and for the type of transaction you made using PayPal. You are looking for the fee charged by PayPal on withdrawal, kindly select the option withdrawals out of PayPal to get the details of the fee on the basis of type of transaction or payment method you are using.
