Hello @MARPAISI

Thanks for reaching back out with clarification!

I apologize for any confusion. PayPal does not charge any fees for processing a refund. If the 4 EUR per refund does not show within your PayPal Activity, that means it was a fee applied by your bank. You would need to contact them again to see if they'd provide you with a more detailed explanation other than the one they provided you previously.

If you'd like to learn more about refunds, please visit this Help Center article. I also suggest checking out this article and our Fees Page to learn more about PayPal Fees.

I hope this clears up any confusion; have a great day!

Hello @MARPAISI

Welcome to the Community!

If I understand correctly, it sounds like you were supposed to receive a refund but instead were charged again. Is that correct? If so, I'm sorry for the frustration it may have caused. I recommend gathering a bank statement that shows both your original charge and the new one. Then, reach out to Customer Support to have them reviewed. They may have you file a billing dispute after reviewing the payments, but I would start with speaking to them first. You can find the different options for contacting Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website.

I hope this helps!

Hello and thank you for your reply.

No, I wasn't charged two times. The refunds were ok , but I was charged by the bank 4 euros per refund as order expences(that was bank's excuse). And I don't understand why that happened because my paypal is linked to this bank account so why to be charged for the order that paypal gave to my bank for the refunds?

Hello @MARPAISI

Welcome back. Thank you for that additional information. If you only saw the charges on your bank's activity, you may need to reach back out to the bank to inquire further on why those 4 EUR transactions were charged.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may present,

Hello!!!Thanks for your reply.

No,I didn't see only the charges of 4 euros, I also saw the refunds.

I just want to know when paypal puts money back to your bank account due to a refund ,there is an extra charge for order expences?
