PROLIFIC : "Sorry, it looks like you can't cashout. Please contact support to resolve." Any fix?

Can't Cashout on Prolific for the past 3 mos - my Balance Hub states: "Sorry, it looks like you can't cashout. Please contact support to resolve." Has anyone resolved this?

 

Multiple requests to Prolific support were not helpful; I'm in US but can accept GBP & USD; I successfully cashed out ONCE in May 2024. My Paypal email is correct and matches Prolific email.  My Paypal account is verified and has been used for years.

IGNORE THE SCAMMER @Technicals  THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU DON'T SEND THEM ANYTHING.

THEY DO NOT WORK FOR PAYPAL.
