Basically what it says in the title, I initiated a payout with Patreon on August 1st and never received it on PayPal. I already messaged Patreon 's support team with no luck, I have the transaction ID in screenshot form but the transaction never appeared on my account. I also realize my email address isn't the same but they sent it to my previous email associated with PayPal when this PayPal uses my new current email address so I imagine that is where the problem might lie. Also I am having the absolute worst time getting any support from PayPal staff, what an awful website, id rather never talk to a support bot ever again. Such a waste of everyone's time..
As your email address identifies your paypal account then you won't receive funds if that email address is not linked to your present paypal account.
Do you still own that email address? Can you add it to your present paypal account? If so the funds should come with it. You can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account and receive funds using any of them.
