Pay in 4 took entire purchase amount out of my account

I made a $700 purchase using the pay in 4. PayPal took the entire purchase amount out of my bank account plus the first deposit amount as “pending” out of my account. Has this happened to anybody else? I can’t get anybody on the phone from PayPal only an automated voice that is no help. So frustrated

If you get the automated bot then just keep repeating ''agent'' and see if that works?
