PayPal Zettle fees.

The Zettle documentation says there is a flat fee of 1.75%. Is this total charge, or are PayPal fees added on top of that?

Supplementary question. The Zettle documentation implies the full transaction fee will be returned if a full refund is given to the customer. Is this really true? How does this tie in with PayPal charges, where the transaction fee is not returned if a customer refund is made.

The documentation is unclear on these points. The PayPal Merchant fees documentation doesn't mention Zettle, and Zettle doesn't mention PayPal fees.

I'm sorry for the link that did not work for you. Please try this link for information about the refunded fee and this link for information about Zettle fees instead. The fees are as stated there for each type of transaction and represent the total fee.
